By accessing or using Super Imports, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Our Service

Super Imports provides international product sourcing and import services. We purchase products on behalf of customers from international suppliers and facilitate the importation process into Kenya.

2. Product Orders

  • Orders are processed after full payment for the product value has been received.
  • Prices displayed on the website cover the cost of the product unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping charges are paid separately upon arrival of the goods.
  • Once an order has been submitted and purchasing has commenced, it may not be cancelled.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery

International shipping charges are calculated based on factors including weight, dimensions, product category, shipping method, and country of origin.

Delivery Schedule

Super Imports processes deliveries twice every week. Collection days are Wednesday and Friday.

Shipping fees are payable before the customer collects the goods. Delivery schedules may occasionally change due to customs inspections, weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or public holidays.

4. Customs & Availability

Customs Clearance: Super Imports manages customs documentation and clearance procedures on behalf of customers. However, delays caused by customs authorities are outside our direct control.

Product Availability: Products displayed on our platform are subject to supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify the customer. A suitable replacement may be offered, or a refund for the unavailable item will be processed.

5. Returns, Refunds & Liability

Due to the nature of international imports, products cannot be returned simply because a customer changes their mind. Refunds are only available where goods cannot be supplied or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

While we take every reasonable step to ensure safe and timely delivery, Super Imports shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from customs inspections, government regulations, or natural disasters. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and delivery details.
  • Collect goods promptly after notification.
  • Pay all applicable shipping charges before collection.
  • Ensure imported products comply with Kenyan laws (no prohibited goods like counterfeits, weapons, or narcotics).
